Small-business websites at a small-business price.
I build it first, from your Google listing and your own photos, and send you the link. You only pay if you decide to keep it.
- Live in about a week
- No contracts
- Built for the phone screen
What they look like
Sample sites, built to show the range. None of them is a real business: yours would be built from your own listing, your own photos and your own words.
12 sites
Every site is built for one business, so no two come out alike. See every style or find your trade
How it works
You see the finished thing before you decide anything.
-
I build it
From your Google listing, your Facebook page and a short conversation. You don't write a word.
-
You look at it
A real link on a real address, working on your phone. Nothing is public and search engines can't find it.
-
You tell me what's wrong
Photos, prices, wording, colors — I change whatever you want, whether or not you go ahead.
-
It goes live
On your own domain, in your name, usually within a week of you saying yes.
What you actually get
Web design made for your business alone. Everything here is in the price.

A page for everything you do
One for each service you want found on its own.

Built to get you called
Your number is the biggest thing on the page, and tappable everywhere.

Found on Google, and fast
Your hours and services the way Google reads them, on pages with nothing to wait for.

Messages that reach you
The form lands in your inbox, with the junk filtered out.

A person, not a portal
Write to one place, and the person who built your site answers.

Yours to keep
The domain is in your name, and there's no contract.
What it costs
$299 to make it yours, then $49 a month to keep it running. Nothing until you decide to keep it.
What's includedQuestions I get
Why would you build it before I've paid?
Because describing a website is a waste of both our time. You should be deciding about a real thing you can open on your phone, not a promise.
I got a link ending in cornershopsites.com. Is that you?
Yes. Every address ending in .cornershopsites.com is a preview I built for one business and sent to its owner, nobody else. It isn't public and search engines can't find it. If you'd like to check before opening it, reply to the email and I'll send you a screenshot instead.
What if I don't like it?
Tell me what's wrong and I'll change it. If it's still not right, nothing happens — no invoice, no follow-up. I leave the link up for thirty days and then take it down.
Do I have to write anything?
No. I write it from your listing and a short conversation, then you correct anything I got wrong.
I already have a Facebook page.
That's a good sign — it means people look for you. A Facebook page can't be found on Google the way a website can, and you don't control what sits next to it.
How long until it's live?
Usually within a week of you saying yes. Most of that week is spent getting the details right — your photos, your prices, the words you'd actually use.
Curious what yours would look like?
Tell me the name of your business and I'll build it. No obligation, and nothing goes public.
Tell me about your business
Enough to build you something worth looking at. It takes a minute, and I'll send you a link.
